Michelle Zhang has a proven track record of success in both junior and collegiate golf. Having played at SMU for 1 season before making the move to the paid ranks, Michelle won twice, at the 2023 American Conference Championship and the 2023 Briar’s Creek Invitational Championship. Breaking many of SMU’s collegiate golf records, led to Michelle being named the 2023 Freshman of the Year for the American Athletic Conference. She turned professional in June 2023 and picked up her first professional win at the 2023 CGA Ladies Championship on the China LPGA Tour.
