It was a fourth individual LIV golf title for Brooks Koepka, when he claimed victory by two shots at LIV Golf Singapore.
Thanks to a second round bogey free 64 (-7), Brooks headed into the final round three shots clear of the chasing pack.
Brooks picked up birdies at the 4th and 5th holes to extend his lead, but there were a number of challengers along the way who kept the pressure on.
A crucial birdie on the 15th hole gave the Smash GC Captain a cushion over his closing holes and a final round 68 (-3) to finish on -15 was enough to seal victory at Sentosa Golf Club.
“It’s all starting to come around”, said Koepka, who will defend his PGA Championship title in just two weeks time. “I like the way things are trending.”
With this win, Brooks is the first player to win four individual tournaments on the LIV Golf Tour.
Congratulations, Brooks, we are so happy for you!
