Jacob Skov Olesen is a rising Danish professional who turned pro in late 2024 after a stellar amateur career, highlighted by his historic win at The Amateur Championship — the first ever by a Dane. A standout at Arkansas University, Jacob earned eleven top-15 finishes in his senior season and rose to 11th in the World Amateur Golf Rankings. He made the cut at The Open and finished T5 at the DP World Tour’s Danish Golf Championship as an amateur, before earning his DPWT card through Q-School. Since turning professional, he has notched strong early results including a T7 at the Joburg Open 2025, T8 at the Volvo China Open 2025 and T9 at the Mauritius Bank Open, quickly establishing himself as one of Scandinavia’s most promising young players.
