Martin turned pro in 2005 and after a couple of years of playing back and forth between the Web.com Tour and PGA Tour, he had his breakout season. 

Martin secured his maiden victory on the Web.com Tour at the 2016 Lincoln Land Charity Championship. Martin’s other 2016 notable finishes on the Web.com Tour came at the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Championship (T3), Price Cutter Charity Championship (T6), El Bosque Mexico Championship (4th), Brasil Champions (4th) and Panama Claro Championship (T3). He finished the season in 5th position to lock in his spot on the PGA Tour for the 2016/17 season. 

 

2017 was Martin’s most successful of his three stints on the PGA Tour with Top-10 finishes at the Puerto Rico Open and Wyndham Championship. Martin made a hole-in-one to score 63 in his final round at the 2017 Wyndham Championship to earn a place within the top 125 of the FedEx Cup Standings. 

Away from the course, Martin loves to work out with his wife, Candice, who is a personal trainer and spend time with his daughter, Jaymes and new son, Martin.

Martin attended the University of Oklahoma, and he loves to travel back to Norman as much as possible for Sooner football games.
